1. Delivery Methods:
The type of carrier used for your order is USPS.

2. Delivery area
We currently ship our merchandise to the continental United States of America only. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO) or PO Boxes at this time.

3. Delivery Cost
Trackable domestic standard shipping is a flat US$10 for the US, and express shipping is $29. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99* (*after discounts and excluding taxes, duties, or other fees).

4. Delivery time
Orders ship out of New York within three (2) business days once we receive the order. Delivery can take up to fourteen (10) business days after the ship date. All delivery lead times are estimated. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. Shipping is subject to change due to holiday schedules; our carrier may experience delays during the holiday season.
Please note that there may currently be delays due to COVID-19.

5. Refused delivery
If the customer does not pick up the package(s) from the freight company's access point or refuses to accept them after we have tried to contact them several times, the package(s) will be returned to us (AIR ARC). We are not responsible for refunding the order or original shipping charges, and the customer will forfeit the merchandise.
